1.Order Confirmation (COD Orders)

All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be confirmed by the customer before dispatch. Once an order is placed, our team will contact you through a phone call, WhatsApp message, or email to verify your order details.

If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order will be considered unconfirmed and automatically cancelled without further notice.

This verification step is essential to ensure that the order was placed intentionally and to avoid any errors or misuse. Orders placed mistakenly or without intent to receive will not be processed.

2.Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

Processing Time: 1–2 working days after confirmation

Delivery Time: 3–7 working days, depending on your location

Delivery Charges: Flat Rs. 250

(free shipping may apply on promotions)

Delivery Attempts: Couriers will make up to 3 delivery attempts

Responsibility: We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

3.Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp or email. You can also track your order through the “Track Your Order” section on our website.

4.Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of placement, if they have not been shipped.
