Return & Exchange Policy
At Tana Bana Textile, we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations in style,
size, and quality. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. General Conditions
● Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
● Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and
packaging intact.
● Original order confirmation or invoice must be provided.
● Only regular-priced items are eligible; sale and discounted items are final and
not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in the following situations:
● Wrong size received
● Wrong product delivered
● Damaged or defective item (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)
Please note:
● Exchange is subject to stock availability.
● Customers will be responsible for both-way courier charges (sending and
receiving).
● Exchanges may take 7–10 business days after the item is received and passed
through quality control.
3. Return Policy
We do not offer cash refunds. If you wish to return a product:
● A store credit voucher will be issued once the returned item has passed our quality
inspection.
● This voucher can be used on any future purchase from Tana Bana Textile and will
be valid for 2 months.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
● Sale or discounted items
● Stitched or customized articles
● Used, worn, or washed products
● Items not checked in front of the courier
● Complaints without unboxing video/photo proof
Note:
To ensure your satisfaction, we kindly request you to open the parcel in front of the courier
and check your item carefully.
If you notice any issue, please take pictures or make a quick video while unboxing and
contact our customer service right away we’re here to help!
Once the parcel is opened and accepted in front of the courier, and no issue is reported with
photo/video proof, we won’t be able to process any return or exchange.

6. Our Right to Refuse
Tana Bana Textile reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not comply
with the conditions above or is returned without proper communication.
